We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return process.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Wrong or Damaged Items

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Send a photo and your order number to our support email — we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure it arrives safely.
